Rick White
Dean, Bible & Theology Teacher
Rick White serves as both Dean of Hope UC Discipleship School and Discipleship Pastor at HopeUC Nashville. Drawing from over a decade of hands-on pastoral and leadership experience, Rick combines academic expertise—holding a Bachelor's of Arts in Theology from Simpson University and pursuing his Masters in Historical Theology—with authentic ministry practice.

Rick's driving passion is equipping students to fully embrace their Kingdom calling through deep Biblical understanding that translates into powerful real-world impact. Rick is a devoted husband to Maggie and father of Isaiah & Aero, and lives on a farm in Columbia, Tennessee.

Thomas Trout
Overseer, Bible & Theology Teacher
Pastor Tom serves on the Pastoral team of HopeUC Nashville. He and his wife Diana have been married for over 56 years and have 2 married daughters and 4 grandchildren.
Pastor Tom has both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Music Education and History from the University of Central Missouri. Following these with numerous hours of correspondence and online bible study and finally 45 years of experience preaching, teaching, counseling and writing.
Pastor Tom passionately desires to see the Church, the Body of Christ, be all that God has called it to be and deeply loves helping students learn the truth and be able to hear and know the God of the Bible.

Autumn Darden
Spiritual Formation, Bible & Theology Teacher
Autumn Darden is a devoted wife, mother, worship leader, and Bible teacher with over 20 years of experience in ministry. Passionate about her faith, she has dedicated her life to loving God and sharing His word with others. In her role as a Bible teacher, she has spent over 15 years helping others grow in their understanding of Scripture, guiding them to live out their faith with conviction and love. Her heart’s desire is to disciple the next generation, equipping them to walk faithfully with God and make a lasting impact in the world around them.

Esteban & Amy Roldan
Student Experience, Spiritual Formation
Esteban and Amy Roldan, along with their three world changers (Adonai, Judah, and Elian) serve as Care and Connections Pastors at HopeUC Nashville, where their family is bridging gaps that are created by diverse cultures, generations, and social statuses. Esteban and Amy both attended discipleship programs and after graduating invested 2 years assisting to direct the programs in the day to day activities and administrative duties. Esteban studied Graphic Design and attended seminary in Uruguay. Amy is a graduate of Lee University with a degree in Business and spent 9 years investing in the Kingdom through the marketplace.
